The reuse of FMEAs is strongly recommended. Instead of using copies of old or invalid data PLATO e1ns uses a template management process with versioning, systematic updates and automatic information of users.
e1ns.templates: Lessons Learned.Creates templates adapted to the needs of system analysis and risk management, releases them in a regulated procedure and publishes them specifically for the user community.
Block diagrams for DFMEA and Process flow diagrams for PFMEA are recommended sources to visualize the scope.
